Pullman Dubai Downtown Hotel

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel thanks to the exclusive amenities provided. The spa and wellness centre was a perfect spot to unwind and relax after a busy day. The full body massage and body scrub left us feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun terrace offered a perfect view of the city. The restaurant served mouth-watering special diet menus and delicious continental breakfast. The room advantages were exclusive, spacious, and well-appointed.

We encountered only one minor issue during our stay. The private facilities were exclusive, but the service was not up to the mark.

the hotel is very clean, and the location is great with a free shuttlebus to the mall - burj khalifa, and the beach. the breakfast was a highlight, and the service from the breakfast staff was really friendly and helpful.

The location is a short walk from downtown attractions, and free Dubai Trolley service to Dubai Mall is convenient. The friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms make for a welcoming experience. I particularly enjoyed the special attention at the club lounge and breakfast, enhancing our family bonding experience. The spa and wellness center, along with nearby landmarks like Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, added to our relaxation and exploration.

Brigette and Lois were excellent; room upgrade to suede on 15 floor was spectacular; breakfast and room service were excellent; toiletries were of super quality; bath shower was impressive; professional concierge; multi-national ambiance; shuttle service to Dubai Mall; prayer mats in rooms; PERFECT location with canal view.

Great bakery, discount in the evening, lovely breakfast. Quick room service, amazing view, free Wi-Fi. Helpful staff to arrange car rental, plus shuttle to nearby malls. Excellent location, walking distance to attractions, with restaurant and supermarket nearby. Wonderful stay experience!

I was impressed by the beautifully appointed rooms. Their clean, modern design was complemented by top-notch amenities. The fitness center provided me with an excellent workout and the breakfast buffet offered something for every taste bud. a wonderful stay.

The Canal Suites offered us unforgettable views of the Dubai Water Canal from the big windows. The marble bathroom with a rain forest shower made us feel pampered. The separate living room and walk-in wardrobe added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Personally, I found the Bluetooth entertainment system a bit tricky to use.

During our stay in this hotel, we enjoyed the afternoon at the Brotzeit restaurant in the German bakery with delicious baked goods. The hotel location was perfect for getting to all the main attractions via taxi. The unique views over the panorama of Upper Egypt from the sun deck were mesmerizing, and the amazing team at the spa truly lived up to their reputation as one of the best city spas in Dubai.
